Kassie Steegman receives the 2009 Expanding Presence Award from the Central Ohio Chapter of the International Coach Federation

Central Ohio Coaches (COC) presented Kassie Steegman with the first ever Expanding Presence Award on December 14, 2009.  She received the award for her work as the Director of Public Relations on the board of COC in 2006-2007.  During her tenure on the board, Kassie reached out to other human capital organizations including the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO).  As a result of the relationships she formed, Central Ohio Coaches and its many coaches were presenters and facilitators at HRACO’s monthly chapter meeting on November 10, 2009.  “Kassie has been an amazing steward of the growth and expansion of Central Ohio Coaches ICF Chapter.  Her significant contributions have made lasting positive change that will continue in the future for professional coaches,” said Jerry Browning, 2009 president of Central Ohio Coaches.

Evolving Leadership, LLC Congratulates WELD’s 2010 “Twelve Women You Should Know”

WELD-photoOn November 4, 2009, the Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD) honored 12 women leaders in central Ohio.  Kassie Steegman, president of Evolving Leadership, led the 2010 Calendar Project.  “It was a privilege to meet and interview these highly accomplished women.  Each woman uses her own unique style, talents, and expertise to make an impact on her organization and community.”  We took the calendar to the next level by adding color photographs and a conversational tone in the biographies.
